I have been talking to Shawn since October. He sent me one of his prototypes and I've been testing, abusing, and shooting it this whole time. I now have about 2,000 rounds through the prototype he sent me. I have written a short review as well as copied some of the question and answer sessions Shawn and I had via E-mail. As soon as I talk to Shawn about adding in any last minute product or company changes and updates it should be available to the public very soon. Unless of course, it gets picked up by one of the gun rags (as I hope) and then you will have to wait to see it there.

Here is a preview for you, I'm buying at least one, probaly more.

Hey XOX - why don't you cross-post this into the LEGP forum - I'm sure a lot of the folks that are contemplating the purchase of a CAV-15 lower as an 'accessory' to the LEGP deal would appreciate your insights.

G&B

How can we make the maroon AR's happen?

Maybe with serial numbers like:

I toured the Cav Arms facility the other day and have to tell you that this is some very cool stuff!

I just looked at the Cavalry Arms website and I have to ask:

Why did they put short handguards on their 20" Trooper rifle?!?  It looks terrible and it's a waste of potential sight radius.

I expect you would have to take that question directly to Cavalry Arms.  Shawn ("garryowen")would be able to tell you anything along those lines...

Actually, I want a 24-26", that way, I can mount a non SBS 12 gage to the bottom ofthe gun, then both the bbls of the 12 gage and the rifle would be flush.

I can still do 20's, but no one wants them...

Really?  It seems to me that if someone wanted a 20" AR with a light barrel, you'd be the only game in town.

You should post a pic in this thread to generate interest (hint, hint).

YES!

That is what I need Shawn,  a Cav-Arms plastic Gattling gun. When are we gonna see that?
