Jobrelatedstuff.com is another address for ar15.com.  I use it most of the time because it enables me to get past the filters at school.

I use it all the time. Can't let the boss catch me on AR15.com now that I work from the new, super secret, "Q" security clearance installation.

I would if I had a reason. arfcom is easier to say, though.

At school sometimes, instead of an ad showing up at the top of the page there is a St. Bernard School Safety System page (filter)telling me if i want to request info.  Wonder why this is.  Looks like the filter is trying to block the site, but the ad ends up taking the hit.

Thanks for helping contribute to lost job productivity, Goatboy!  [;)]

I don't need the alternate site where I work.

Cookies (autologin and anti-idle) wont work with the address yet, but it's in the works.

I am also planning on doing a custom header/graphics for the thing so it can easily fool someone who happens to walk by! [;)]

You been saying that for years. With all the graphic designers floating around here, you'd think ... nevermind....

Finally! I've been requesting this for some time now! Last week my boss kept asking me why I was always on a site that said AR15.com on the top... Can you make the interface look like Yahoo or something? or be a little random (pics and colors)?

Goatboy: one more thing I've been wanting changed. When on the other "sites" like jobrelatedstuff.com, can you parse out all URLS in posts, that reference the other sites, such as AR15.com for images and topics, and switch them out with the current one??? Same goes with banner ads.

Don't need to. I use a VPN into my server at home (I have broadband at work and at home) so that all traffic is going from my laptop at work, to me server at home and out my home internet connection, and it is encrypted from my laptop at work, to my server at home, so there is no way for them to filter or see what or where I'm going... VERY handy for getting around the filter Cablevision put on the schools internet connection.

Possibly, but more of an effort and will come later! I still am working through a TON of stuff to get to the image portion of the changes. [=)]

use it at work alot.
Maybe you could delete all graphics, so it just looks like any old forum board.

Thanks for all the effort, either way.

No I don't use it because most content blocking software blocks sites by IP address.

You can eliminate those pesky ad banners and the ar15.com logo at work with webwasher from webwasher.com.

Actually, you can already set I.E. to not load graphics, until you select which ones to load.
