french pr0n maybe? enigma code? Bias?

Ok, did some searching on the net. Many references to "the book" she is holding, but none give a name or hint of one. Like others have said, July 4, 1776 (in Roman numerals) can be seen, but no title. Anyone come up with something?

You ought to amend the title. This is really "Who here is knowledgable?" not who is smart. Just semantics.
