I getting ready to build a new home.  There is no natural gas availible where i am building.  And the electic is fairly expensive.  So i am thinking about getting a geo-thermal system.  Anyone have one of these?

A geo thermal unit might not be necessary in Kentucky a regular heat pump might be enough.  I'm looking into these as well so I'm trying to find as much info as possible.
