I'm in Phoenix AZ and this time of the year I still wear shorts, t-shirt and sandals. What the rest of you guys? (No naket butt examples)

Well, during the Tuesday night snowstorm / icestorm and 25 degree temperatures I went outside in a pair of shorts to broom off the satellite dish.
Other than having to stand barefoot in 3" of slush for a few minutes while I completed my task, it wasn't bad. A bit brisk, shall we say. [;)] |
|
It's about 55 degrees at night here and high 70's in the day and has rain about 0.5 inches so far this year. I did see clouds four or five times this year.
|
|
It's 51 degrees right now in Tonopah Nevada.
I have my costume (BDU) on and I'm heading out the door to work. That's good and bad. Good? Double time and a half. Bad? It's my BD :( |

I wore jean shorts and an UnderArmor shirt today, but I'm moving back to Prescott Valley in as few weeks, so I'll be wearing long everything again.

A cold front just went thru this afternoon. Will go down to 42 tonite and high tomorrow in the 60's.
Nevermind, I'll be on a plane for the Caymans at 14:45 tomorrow. |
|
Let's see, it was 16 degrees at 4:30 PM and I was out with a wool shirt and a fleece vest. Still too warm for anything else.
|
|
Are you fucking kidding me? This is Texas and it's 108 outside right now. There's a cold front blowing through this weekend and it's supposed to drop down to the low 90's so I'll probably get my long-sleeved shirts out of storage. I heard that we might get some rain next month!

I was once in a relationship with a woman and I traveled a lot. When separated by many miles, our phone conversations always included the "what are you wearing?" question.
Please tell me that's not what you meant!! Happy Thanksgiving!! |
|
Outside today cooking the turkey I was wearing jeans and a sweatshirt and was perfectly comfortable.

Shorts and a tee shirt. We usually go boating or kayaking Thanksgiving morning, but got the task of cooking dinner for the family this year. Will be at the range by 10:00 tomorrow morning.

Running shorts and shoes, no shirt. I just came in from mowing the lawn and I am trying to cool off. The kids are running around in their swimsuits squirting each other with the hose. Later this evening when it cools off I am going to go out and start the grill for some BBQ.
|
|
I was mowing the lawn(leaves) I can't believe it either. I was in sweats and a jacket, freezing.

Jeans and a T-shirt. Was about 30 this morning so I had a sweatshairt on 'til it warmed up. Getting down right hot out there now, about 65 to 70.

Had a little blizzard blow through here last night. Living here in the Arctic you wear a heavy parka, snow pants and bunny boots.

I am wearing all kinds of carrhart and getting ready to plow this mess. Maybe take the sled out if this keeps up. Then I will be wearing the full suit. To all in Cali: Enjoy your warmth, I'll enjoy my less restricted access to firearms. (Wish I lived in Vermont!) |

shorts and a t-shirt here. usually 50ish during the day last week or so. 49 right now, clear sky. sometimes i wear a hat or put on a hooded sweatshirt if im gonna be outside for a really long time.

Weatherwise, it just wouldn't be Thanksgiving or Christmas for me without cold, crisp air outside, the deciduous trees in the woods behind our home barren of leaves, or the stark, hazy shade of winter. Fresh snow falling is the only thing that could make it any better.
I don't think I could stand living somewhere where there was so little seasonal change. Heck, even the weather western Washington is a little too tame for me. I like the variety of well defined seasons. I'd say it must be dipping down into the 30s and 40s here at night. I just put my Carhartt overalls and jacket on over my usual T-shirt and Wranglers. I wear Redwing insulated boots year round anyhow. If it gets too cold I guess I'll have to break out the Carhartt artic parka. That thing sure came in handy in Minnesota a few years ago. |

An AK47 with a shoulder holster with a big candy cane in it! Oh besides that? A pair of jeans, boxer-briefs (best of both worlds), Columbia socks, sweathsiort, white undershirt, All Spice, ummmm... you don't want to know the rest I feel.

Carhart Jacket, Heavy Jeans, Hat and Rocky Boots. Not real cold, but the Wind is rockin' Central Va. right now. Steaks are on and the Silver Bullets waiting.
