NINE Decorative WARNING shots? and the man was not injured? If I were in command at that Police HQ those guys would be fired. Not so much for there other blunders, but they encountered an armed suspect at close range, and he is still alive to scream "LAWSUIT!". Those "KeyStones" should be facing a wrongful death lawsuit. - But the "Keystones" couldn't even get that right. I'm glad for their innocent victim, but those guys should have there tin recycled.

That's too funny, the guy had to surrender for humanitarian reasons, to end the embarassing display of marksmanship! Of course they had to arrest him, he had the audacity to pick up a gun to defend his home from invasion.

Yeah, it's the home of Cynthia McKinney and is a Democratic bastion.
