Geez, this was a terrible weather day and night and I hope everyone here that lives in the effected areas are ok. The last I heard there had been as many as 45-50 confirmed tornado touchdowns. This has been a scary episode but looks like it's finally settling down a bit. Again, my thoughts and prayers go out to all who were victims of this terrible weather.

Yes, Walker Co. in Alabama was hard hit with a powerful tornado....and sadly there were deaths there. I think 6 was the last number I heard. Also heard on The Weather Channel that there had been 18 people at least killed in Alabama, Tennessee, Ohio and Pennsylvania. What a mess. One sure doesn't expect this kind of weather in November. I just hope that things don't look even worse when it gets light outside.

Very violent weather, but what an amazing light show. Looked like a heavy artillery light show all night.

Here is the local report from Northern GA. Most of the local state highways closed due to trees. 2 dead, four injured due to two tornadoes crisscrossing the county. Folks around GA Highway 108 took the brunt of it.

I think we should ban tornados

Actually I think God hates trailer parks! He always has the tornados attack them first.

My parents live in Van Wert, OH. All I've gotten since last night is their answering machine. That is a good sign. Would like to talk to them though and see that they're alright.
