I voted at about 3:00.  I'm in Baltimore County, MD.  I was the only one in line(about 60 seconds waitng for one of the 10 people using the little privacy booths to finish up).  I wish they'd leave out markers for those who don't need a privacy booth and just want to mark the ballot and get out as quickly as possible.  Oh, I and I was voter #223 on the day for people with last names "F" thru "L", maybe thats a good sign.

MIerinMD, on my ballot there were a few unopposed Republicans, so its just your crappy county.

Oh, and when I was finished voting, I headed straight for the gun shop and bought a Ruger Mk II for my wife for Christmas.  My way of saying "Shove it you gun-grabbing pinko commies!!" and "I Love You" all at once.

Heh, I visited my FFL today on my way to vote.  I filled out the paperwork(8 day waiting period in MD) for a Beretta 92FS and a Colt Series 70.  Can't wait until next Wednesday.

I voted straight Republican....They had one person outside the polling place with a Shaheen {NH Dem}..... she wasn't saying much......Shaheen had come out as one of those Dems that supposedly supports Sportsmen!! Bull If she gets in she will continue her Communist ways....I hope the bitch looses big time. We also have a woman name Katrina Swett running.........her husband is Dick Swett,..........anyone remember him? I hope she looses big time to,she took a lot of money from outside NH,.I bet she is a buddy if Hillary Klinton......I hate those people with a passion. Over all i hope we kick ass!!!!

Another FL voter here, North FL though. I voted between classes, at about 2:30. I got to vote for lots of pro-gun Republicans, and a few Libertarians too, for things like county comission and state reps (every race they were running in). Hopefully, we will keep Bush in office. No lines at all, infact lots of spare booths. No media either, just a guy with a county sherrif ID card (I guess they think the uniformed cops are scaring off the black voters or something). I only wish I could help send some more Republicans to the Senate.

FWIW, we have scan-tron ballots that you fill in with a marker and feed into a machine.

Are there Democrats running unopposed in your districts? Pissed off about it? Then run for office! Those posts are supposed to be filled by ordinary people who do real work for a living. Wonder how hard it is for a Libertarian to get a LP endorsement in a heavily Democratic area?

I did the deed around 7am, no line but a steady stream coming in. My voting place tried out the electronic touch screens in the last election but this year they went back to the monster mechanical machines, which work just fine thank you.

Voted at about 3:30, voted Straight R.

I was the only voter in the small firehouse that was being used. I suppose from the paperwork that maybe a hundred folk had been there through the day.

Just voted in MN.

Everything seemed normal..>EXCEPT, we were not allowed to vote for Senator (Coleman) on the regular machine-tallied ticket.

We were given a 4" x 6" SLIP OF PAPER. We were to black-out the box next to the name. We then folded the paper in half and dropped it into a wooden box with a padlock on it.

I am fairly pissed now, as this would be too easy to FIX.

Anyway, on the way out, I got down the block and there was a Lefty on the corner holding up a big sign with the words "VOTE MONDALE, MOE"

I (loudly) called the guy a "Fvcking Assjole" as I slowly drove by him.

I voted a straight Republican ticket.

Now we just got to wait and see how it all filters out tomorrow. Since we have no reliable exit polling data available this time.

Voter News Service was unable to fix the problems with its exit polling system, that failed so badly in 2000, so they took it off line. So NONE of the TV networks have any data and they will all have to wait till the polls close and the States start releasing their talleys.

Done.

Voted pretty much straight R ticket.  Only exception was for Sec. of State.

Candy Miller is endorsing the new Rep. candidate.  If Candy had put half as much effort into reducing waiting times in her offices as she did in designer license plates she might have gotten me to vote for her choice.

Lord I pray that BITCH Grandhomo don't make it.
