Camo is too busy to be effective in my area, it still looks like a dark rifle, a cool one but it doesnt break the lines.
The lighter barrel??? Didnt they have a problem with overheating with that profile? |

The light barrel? Simple. They're making it because sombody out there will buy it. Simple as that.

Light barrels are great! My SP1 and M4 don't seem to get overheated. Might be a problem with FA. With a good muzzle brake on a light barrel you end up with a fast swinging gun that stays on target during rapid fire. Lighter is good on an all afternoon walkabout. If I didn't already have the M4 I'd consider one for sure. That said, the M4 does have good balance.

Oh yeah, now that I'm off the soapbox, the camo is cool. Wonder if they're going to offer the furniture separately?

Now if it was in Tiger Stripe, I would be there. I don't like a light barrel either, but I guess it is nice to have the option. |
