I took the family out for Sushi.
My friend the Sushi chef (he's and old ROK Marine) wanted to know when we could head out to the range. Gotta love it!

BTW I had my Garand in the truck.

Martha Stewart would never approve of this. Your place setting is all wrong.

Remember, the fork is on the left, the knife and spoon are on the right, the bread plate (if any) is on the upper left, the glass is on the upper right, and the handgun is to the right of the glass. In informal situations, the rifle can be leaned up against the table, while the shotgun should be across the top, action side up.

Guys, if you are going to play you have to do it right.
There has to be a firearm with the food.
It's right on pg3 of "Lordtraders Rules of food and gun posting etiquette".
Here is an example:

THUMP!

The pointlessness of AR15.com has just hit a new low.

Meanwhile, I had a turkey sub for dinner. Unfortunately, I don't have a digital camera to show it to you guys, but it tasted pretty good. What should my dinner gun be?

Your silverware had better include a combat folder of some kind.

Edited for:
NEVER place your dinner gun where your fork is supposed to be!

I gotta get a digital camera.

questions

Ok we have established it is proper board dining etiquette to display a firearm during ones dining experience.

But I have to ask is it considered improper to display a firearm that is of a different nationality than the food being consumed?

like eating  Indian lamb korma while displaying an Italian model 92 ?

surely that cant be proper?

Y'all take pictures of your dinner?
Link Posted: 10/26/2002 9:57:35 PM EDT

Your picture should also include a favorite beverage and, in most cases, a knife:

Good looking fish BTW. [:)]

Luger- it is nice to have a theme sometimes, though it doesn't necessarily have to be nationality.  And I didn't have an Indian weapon to go with the meal. [:(]  I wanted to play off the green frame of the Walther, just did not come out well in the photograph.
