Dehydrated Onion. That should take up a lot of the liquid and cover the Cinnamon.

Then add Tomato juice or fresh water with chili powder added to loosen it back up.

Plan B would be strain off  a quarter of the liquid and replace with water or Tomato sauce and spice to taste.

My SO and I had a chili cookoff last weekend and she did the exact same thing.  She put some Texas Pete's Pepper Sauce (clear glass bottle with green chilis and vinegar inside) and it helped mask it some.  If you don't have any, get it anyways, it's good.

The chili's in the crock pot and it smells like a damned Cinnabon now.  I guess I should have measured ingredients instead of just guessing.

Anything I can add to the chili to kill the cinnamon taste it's sure to have?  There's already stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce in there.

WTF??....cinnamon in chili???

2 choices.....

A) To kill the taste...add 3 ghost peppers....

or

B) To save the chili, throw the cinnamon mix in trash, then add chili to clean pot...

The following...I'm not even kidding...will each individually improve some chili...

1) Coffee as a base.

2) Carrot juice.

3) spicy Bloody Mary mix.

4) a bar of very dark chocolate

Bonus: Ghost Pepper.

Where's OP?

Update?

This has turned into a debate about chili vs chile.

Spices and beans go great in chili. In chile, only green or red chiles from NM, light salt, light pepper, that's it. Sometimes fried with some light olive oil is ok too.

Cinnamon in chili?  The only thing chili should have in it is ground beef, kidney beans, tomatoes, onions, and a few normal spices.

You might try some cumin in it, preferably mexican, aka comino.  Also some oregano, preferably mexican.  I put both in my secret chili powder mix.

ETA: reading around a bit on the web, some people actually do put a little cinnamon in their chili.  Some advocate adding cocoa powder as well (unsweetened), it adds a dark, bitter component, sorta like a mole sauce.

You might also try adding a bay leaf or two.

ETA2:

How can you get rid of the taste of cinnamon in chilli?

Answer:

If you accidentally add too much cinnamon to your chili (some shakers just dump right out on you) here's what you can do to rescue your recipe:
First, if you haven't mixed in the cinnamon yet, gently spoon out any clumps.
Now, start by adding balsamic vinegar -- up to a tablespoon per quart of chili. The acidity will counteract the cinnamon nicely.
If that's not enough, add up to a tablespoon of lime juice -- you may need to repeat these steps depending how much cinnamon there is.
Add some water and tomato paste to further balance out the flavors; you will probably need more chili powder and other seasoning to taste.
Rejoice! Your chili's flavor has gone from overpowering to wonderful!

6-8 ounces of spicy mustard will cover that right up and fix your chili.  Honest.

A potato or two might do it. Cut 'em up into chunks, toss 'em in, let 'em simmer an hour or two, then remove and discard or eat separately.  Might be tasty in it's own bizarre way, but it doesn't belong in chili.

Potato can soak up most any spice accident in chili or similar.  Do your garlic and whatever after that to even it all out.
