It has become apparent to me that the only way to catch the perps is too put 1000 trained Military/LEO/ Whatever, in 3 peice suits, Casual Attire with Bullet proof vests (level IV) and folding stock uzi's & sidearms and hunt those Son's a bitches down right in front of the masses.
