I have nothing going on tonight. Thinking maybe I'll start working on a 12-pack of ale and hang out with you guys. What say ye? Yay or Nay?

What's the stongest store bought ale you've ever drank (do not count homebrew)?

I had some Pyramid IPA last night, feel kind of crappy from that. Strong stuff, 6.7% alcohol. Rogue Imperial Stout's the strongest beer I've bought though. 10%, but the beer's so thick-bodied you can't taste it.

Remember Salvator? When I was in the guard in Ansbach we drank that stuff by the case, and it was eight and a half.

Then when my wife and I were engaged she got me the Sam Adams triple bock, that was the biggest kicking stuff I ever had, beer wise (but they aren't still making it).

I started about 6 hours ago, as soon as I got home from work.
I never could get a taste for beer. If it don't burn when it goes down , I don't drink it.

Present, and accounted for! Started on the Budwieser about four o'clock. Got back from shooting in the rain and had to break my guns down and oil them good.

May have to mix a vodka and ruby red grapefruit juice here in a bit.......
BTW, the strongest beer I've had was from a microbrew in Columia, MO called Flat Branch. It was a "barley wine" and was at 12%. That's some strong beer now!

Well, i was a tad ahead of you.

Have a friend who is returning to complete his military service after a knee surgery, we had a small celebration due to this on Friday.

Brought a 24 bottle case myself, then some Finnish Lion alcohol, wine...cant remember shit

I just got home from

1. A Baptist Church Golf Tournament. My team is considered "donators". It is for a good cause, we don't mind donating. No drinking....dammit. How the hell do you expect me to play golf and not drink beer? Heathens!!!!

2. The grocery store. the missus told me what she wants to eat when she gets home (tomorrow afternoon))? She informed me this morning that she would not be home tonight. Good thing she didn't give me a days notice. Hope a few of you are enjoying her.... lol

3. The hardware store. I bought a wax ring for the toilet, and a 3 way dimmmer for that can light I put up over the hearth. I installed the dimmer...."It's too bright".. We'll leave that one alone.... Fuck that toilet. I'll cuss it tomorrow.

4. The likker stoor....speling seems to be worsening a litl bitt...

Strongest brew I ever had was this alcohol that my friend brought back from Singapore, at least I think it was Singapore (he travels a lot for his company). It had a dead snake at the bottom. That stuff was stronge. I only drank a shot but it burned all the way down.
