THIS MAY BE A DIVERSION, Reports now state that an anonymous caller phoned in that he heard gunshots near the school. Could it be the sniper pulling Law enforcement to one area while he gets ready to shoot in another?

Setup is the least of the issues, more pressing would be recon of the area, which he's had plenty of time to do. I bet you he'd be able to hit MANY targets in one day if the recon was done correctly and the plan was executed perfectly. He'd have the police spread so thin they'd be powerless. It'd also be much more difficult for him to manage a full day's killing spree logistically, since the get away opens up more chances of being spotted. Not to mention, targets would dry up as people would go home. Cars would also be more noticable, since fewer would be on the road.

Had it been a real incident instead of a false alarm, it would have been a area he has visited before. The Elementary shool was not very far from the Junior High where the boy was shot on Monday. So his scouting would already have been done. But it was a false alarm.
