They have a white van pulled over on 395 with a yellow ladder on top. Police have surrounded it. Not sure what's going on.

Traffic on I95 has been completely stopped.

Just heard reports, male victim from shooting this AM.

Fox just said that the victim that has been taken to the hospital with head shot wound, this is still pretty fresh news and Fox has been getting a lot of stuff wrong lately, so there is no telling if it's really a head shot or not.

This shooting happened at 0930 at I-95 exit 126 in Spotsylvania County, about 5 miles from my house. A witness said he heard the rifle shot, saw the source was a white Chevy van and saw the van haul ass away from the scene and jump onto I-95 northbound.

I-95, I-395, I-495, I-295 and I-64, and all connecting freeways are CLOSED. The lawdogs are checking every white Chevy Astro delivery type van.

Flash message says that there is a logo on the side of the van that says, "Total Recall". No confirmation yet.

IF any of you guys or your family or friends in VA, NC, MD or the District see this vehicle, ANYWHERE, call the lawmen, especially if you see this scumbag just sitting there quietly doing nothing on a side road...like he's waiting for the heat to die down.

Hang in there 1shot, I can recall when I was a student in Gainesville when we had what seemed like one murder after another all occur within a three mile radius of Archer rd. I lived alone and the only protection I could afford was a bat. It sucked, everywhere you go you felt like the guy inb the next car or the guy in line behind you could have been Danny Rawlings (murders name). Eight people died if I recall correctly and it went on for weeks.

Why do they keep saying he is ramping up his attacks, and that he may be getting reckless? It was only a week ago he shot 5(FIVE) people dead in 15(FIFTEEN) hours. How can they possibly say he is ramping up and may be getting reckless when he hasn't even approached that number/frequency again.

Let's hope the witness got it right, because that's just the kind of information that can break a case like this wide open!

What worries me is that if they miss him this time, he will probably ditch the van.

Also, if the van hauled ass quickly after the shot, it means one of two things: either he's shooting from the driver's seat (not real inconspicuous), or he's got an accomplice, which in my book spells terrorism until proven otherwise...
