I'm not sure this is the answer you're looking for but...
Right click, and hold the the SHIFT key and press the N key, and then the F key. |

(hold ALT) f,w,f (same thing as shift-f10, but even easier IMO)

Actually, the keys will change depending on the version of Windows, and how the "New, Folder" entry is arranged on the menu.
The Shift-F10 is the same as a Right-Click, BTW. -Troy |
