I refuse to look at the pics. However, forgive me for saying, I dont see this guy spending much time in jail. They hardly ever do...

... Either PTSD because of the burns or Daddy beat him when he was a kid... Whatever, I dont know.

Sounds like Mom needs to get some stability in her life and get this kid some GOOD role models... I dont care if it is an uncle, brother or grandfather or whatever, Because it sure sounds like she cant make a choice worth a shit.

We had a guy that tried to meet a 14 year old girl via the 'net for sex.

Dad intercepted him before he met with his daughter.

Couple of years later a welltender found his skull.

Dad was found guilty but did not go to jail, home confinement and probation.

can't find a link ... would be a good read ... if I remember correctly dad was tried in Upshur County and corpse was found along the Lewis County (where I live) border?

You do not know how awesome this story is. Interception of a child abuser is number 1 winning.

I wish they would make child abuse and rape capitol punishment crimes also. I haul so many of these sick fuckers in the ambulance that only get 3 or 5 years for child abuse or sexual assault of a child, I hate our legal system.

Yet in some places someone firing off a round in their own yard/house to scare off a perp gets them 10-15 years

I would do some nasty things to a person who ever touches my kids! They are THE only thing I will go to prison for!

Let me play "devil's advocate" for a minute here. Since the OP does not know the accuser or the accused personally, How do we know that the "accused" simply got caught, lets say cheating on his GF and now she is out for blood... Makes up some BS story to get back at him?

I happen to know someone like that and that is why I am asking.

Hey, we HAD a friend that his batshit crazy wife openly admitted at a Christmas party with all these parents around, "If anyone fucks with me, I will prank child protective services on them and let them deal with that shit for a while"

I have never seen a mass exodus of unfriending (in the literal sense, NOT facebook drama click of a button shit) And after we told him WHY no one hangs out with him, all 20 of his friends are assholes and his wife is the innocent one...

So forgive me if I dont believe the story "just because" someone posted pics on FB. I will wait until arrest and facts are presented.
