Once a fee or temporary tax is added it just becomes permanent.
For instance gas prices are back to normal and have been for a long time but the Fuel Surcharge
is still be added to shipments.
Sorry for the rant but I get sick of this stuff.

No shit, the "higher" bridge toll was supposed to be temporary too.  I knew it would never go down once it goes up.

Once these fat cats start rolling in the "EXTRA" dough, they ain't gonna give it up.
