This is kind of old news but it comes from my home town, you won't find press for guns like this very often: http://www.timesdispatch.com/news/bearingarms/MGBTH8A6U0D.html and a commentary on the use of guns reported: http://www.kansascity.com/mld/kansascity/news/2799298.htm

This was the average for what was reported on the incident: http://www.time.com/time/nation/article/0,8599,194552,00.html If anything ever deserved an email campaign this media coverage does. Just do a search for this guy's last name and you'll see what was the standard report for the incident. Lexis Nexis only reports 4 actual media reports the mention that armed students captured Odighizuwa. You may find a few more reports on it now but most of those are from the pro-gun publications. Did this clown want more of a body count? Could the assailant reloaded instead of being confronted?
Jack Stokes, media relations manager at AP states: "I thought, `my God, they're putting into jeopardy even more people by bringing out these guns,'"
