I turned 40 in March.
It is kind of a shock. The thing that has really gotten my attention is how much faster each year goes whipping past. I remember that when I was a little kid a year seemed to last forever. Now I turn around and it's gone. They say your memory is the second thing that goes as you get older. I forget what the first one is. Have a good birthday. Wish you many more. |

It's not really so bad. I turned 43 back in April, and the only really horrible part is the hair growing out of my nose and ears. Bushy eyebrows too. "Old and gross" becomes an ugly reality. |
