Serious, this is the most telling: As an observer mission, the U.N. force does not have the [i]mandate[/i], the [i]weapons[/i] nor the [i]troops[/i] to stop eruptions of killing of a type that has become all too common in Congo's lawless east. |

Check out a book called "The 7 Myths of Gun Control" by Richard Poe. Brings up cases similar to this. Once called "Active Compliance" Where you submit to the burglars, theives or robbers... whatever the F*ck you want to call these animals and you get your head blown off anyway. Gun Control Kills... thats a FACT! |
