If its massive it can be anyones guess but rather quickly.
Generally I have heard 2 minutes bleeding out, 2 minutes without air, 2 days without water, 2 weeks without food = death.

Ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm has a mortality rate of something like 65% if the patient is already in the hospital when it happens.

The average person's cardiac output is around 5 or 6 liters per minute, and that's how much they'll lose if you're talking about cutting the aorta right after the left ventricle. That's about the average person's entire blood volume in 1 minute.

I  lost  an  old  friend  to  this  just  two  weeks  ago . It  was  VERY  fast . The  doctors  knew  about  the  aneurism . Nobody  wanted  to  touch  him . He  died  several hours  before  they  were
to  perform  surgery .
