http://www.fredericknewspost.com/display.cfm?storyid=21423 This was a civil war burial site once owned by a church and now owned by the city. HOW DARE THEY! I hate those red diaper doper babies! If I ever have the chance to encounter them in a suit I will pit all of my resources, and my firm's resources if necessary, to grind these bastards dicks into the dirt. And another scumbag atty. Yeah, well, the ACLU and other left-wing orgs have never accepted the difference articulated in the article. The heritage position seems one way to go.

Lawyers have been abusing the class action system for too long. In many cases they end up with millions while the large number of consumers they purport to represent are given measly 50 cent coupons or such as recompense, making the cases soley for their own benefit. Calling fast food an addiction is hyperbole. Cheap, convenient, disgusting, subject to false advertising... yes.
