Are they?  All I know is the rest of the world seems to have more incidents of infectious disease than the USA, so draw your own conclusions about that not-all-hung-up-about-sexual-mores take ....

Better than 1 in 4 Americans has a sexually transmitted disease. Puritanical values have done nothing for us. The U.S. is number one in the industrialized world for teenage pregnancy. Korea and Japan are at the bottom of the list.

Micro printing makes up the "solid" looking lines. This blurs badly when copied.

Yeah, I like our money.  Problem is the 'tards who ignore all the built in features and resort to magical pens.  That's when you can see the perk of different sized pieces of paper, or translucent patches, at least.  Not even sure that would help, though.

No, they really wouldn't.  Toyota isn't stupid, they sell us Americans precisely what we demand bit fat bloated trucks that fit the big, fat Americans that use them primarily as a piss poor replacement for the family sedan.  The ranger is being discontinued, and every other "small" truck is now as large as a full size truck was 20 years ago.  I get to drive a Hilux every day for the next 6 months, and I love it, but it woud never sell in the US.
