Another option is logging into https://www.nra-2012.org/

I can upgrade to Benefactor $350 or can sign up gift memberships. A little different to the form where they contact the person directly for payment, but I can sign up my kids this way.

That works but I'm not paying for other people's membership - they are paying for their own. And I don't want anyone sending me MOs made out to me and then I pay NRA. That just screams shady and I don't want to give even a hint of that. So for me, you have to mail a MO made out to NRA and I'll mail it all in.

Have you got your 2012 card yet? It's the large packet. In that packet, look on the back of the form that has your 2012 card glued to it. Bingo, sign up to 6 people up for $300 each.

Me too, I've never opted out and this letter the OP is talking about is the only thing I've received in a long time. I too will sponsor the 6 spots I have as an Endowment member.

I'm also thinking about upping my membership to the "Benefactor" level, that is one hell of a deal offered this year!

I got the letter as well. I can take 6 people. The first 6 people that IM me will get them.

I'll wait until the 17th and then it is getting mailed. That should give people time. If you say you're in and I don't have it by then...well you're not in.

Like Justa_TXguy said...a money order made out to the NRA and the info that is shown on the form. If you IM me and don't see your name in the thread as having a slot 5 minutes after you IM me, please hold tight. I won't be checking it every 15 seconds.

I just checked with my better half and she informs me that "all junk mail was tossed"......!!!!

So, I just called the NRA and they are sending me a new packet, less the card because I did at least put that in my wallet before leaving the other day when I opened the mail.

So, if there is a need for 6 more people, I should have everything by next week and can set up 6 people. Same deal as everyone else, PMO made out to the NRA and I'll mail them out.

This is a great deal!

When they send your new card, it'll have a paper with spots for people you want to sponsor for the deal as a Life or above member.

Tell them a couple friends of yours who are life members got a form that allowed them to sign up friends and family for life memberships for $300 each. Tell them that you would like that form since you're a life member. I bet they can make it happen.

I was wonder what options a life member would have when they log into nra-2012.org?

I logged in and they listed a 2,3,5 yrs and a Life for $600. .

I will have to get with my Lifers and have them check into it.
