1.85sec  sixty foot time =NEW best in 4x4 2500HD crew cab

We went to HRP last night with some new traction bars, little more juice and duel cut outs..The traction bars really helped the truck hook up and assisted in additional front end lift..The wheel hop we had been getting is completly gone now..
Killed two more moded 4.6 litre mustangs on both nitrous runs..hahaha I filmed Caren making both kills and the people in the grand stands were cheering on, this big red truck..The first, the bottle was at 1100psi and she lost traction bad..still beat the stang by 2.5 lengths but only netted a 13.83 with a 2.21 sixty foot..

We let the bottle cool down to 900 PSI and tried again ..Truck hooked well under a little less power..
1.85 sixty!!
5.43
8.51 1/8th mile
79.55
11.21
13.51
97.43 MPH

See all four runs below..two on the left are new best N/A and two on the right are nitrous runs..Check out the 5.00 light Caren cut with a 6000 lb truck..Amazing!"

Hi TxDoc;

That was a nice run.
Did you post it on LS1.com? You might get more reaction to it there.

BTW: As for the bottle. Isn't the nitrous bottle a little like Viagra?!! I mean it's great when you got a bottle, but when the bottle runs dry  .  .  .
Would you like to run against my LT1 Formula Firebird? I race top end.
Say a five-mile run? That would decide who's really the fastest.

I always thought a quick little jaunt down a 1/4 mile track didn't prove too much  .  .  .

It's not my truck. I think I saw it first on the LS1 forum, though.

I agree maddog.

I hate NO2

It's "cheating" power.

It's not always being applied, and it pushes chamber pressures to the higher possible level.

It not "true" power.

I laugh at my friends that put No2 on their cars, sure its fun to hit the button, but not your cars true power.
