Hey, I worked with handicapped kids and adults for 2 years, at the Cerebral Palsy Center in Atlanta. Let me tell you that if you can get past focusing on the handicap, whether physical, mental, or both, you'll find these kids are some of the most loving, and lovable, people on G-d's earth.
Go and enjoy yourself. It's fun and inspiring.[:D] |

That is TOO cool!
I worked the special olympics as a hugger for two years in Tampa back in the 80's. I also did some photography work for them last year. Those basketball players are serious! Let me see if I can find some of the pics and I will post them. I know all the smartasses will come out of the woodwork on this one. Go ahead get it out of your system! Who cares! |
