This is a weird case... an alarm that doesn't work... a kidnapper that knows the house well enough to find the girls, but somehow can convince the 9yr old that he doesnt know where the rest of the family sleeps... gets the 9yr old to stay quiet till dawn... I dont think they are going to have to go too far out of the neighborhood to find this guy. It was someone who knew them, or a family member. |

News here in Phoenix just reported that volunteer searchers searching a place called "Immagrant Canyon", a park or wilderness area near Salt Lake City encountered a man who fit the 9 year olds description of the attacker and who ran away when they tried to ask him questions. When they attempted to follow he FIRED two shots at them. This was about sundown, the volunteers have been withdrawn and police from several agencies are trying to throw a cordon around the area and SWAT teams and helicopters are being gathered for a immediate, nighttime search as their is still hope that the girl is alive... |
