Starting a few weeks ago I have been getting unsolicited e-mails form S&W. I never requested them and as far as I know I have never been to their site. I wonder if they are harvesting e-mail addresses from this site.

I have been having the same problem. Smith and wesson has been sending me advertisements for a few weeks now (got one today).

Friends report getting these after signing up with Graf's or Cabela's website or catalog orders.

I was already on the list, having bought something from one of the S&W catalog a year or so ago. Suddenly I was getting three of each message.

If you request removal from the mailing list, they will remove your e-mail address - so I went from 1 message to 3 to 0.
