Scanner ???

i found out several weeks ago that my scanner is a PRE-BAN !!!!!!

in other words i can program in any freq. i want between 29MHz & 1125.956MHz

current scanners are prohibited from picking up cell phone conversations, i do it all the tyme, NOT that i want to, it just comes thru & the talk is.......well sometymes not nice !!!!!

All scanners made for the non-US market are "pre-ban", simple matter of buying one form Canada and having it shipped here.

i had heard that one tyme, i got mine in the states before the ban......

i was told by a "know-it-all" that my scanner is illegal to own when i said i can pick up cell phone conversations..., this person was/is a liberal so i usually just ignore the jerk........[:D]
