I finally got around to putting in my Ammoman order for my BRC supplies. Man, did I ever screw up. Today is Thursday and they closed about 2 hours ago and wont re-open till Tuesday. I was going to leave for the BRC on Thursday but I doubt my ammo will be here by then. I never dreamed they would close this early. Man......I screwed up. I will [b]really[/b] be screwed if it doesn't show up on friday. Damnit.

Edited to add that I just realized that the only real ammo supply I currently have on hand is 100 rounds of .50 BMG for the Ferret 50 I am still waiting to have delivered. How is that for adding insult to injury?

If Eric can't come through--might try an e-mail--you might try Magman. He is the official BRC ammo vendor and will have a truckload of stuff on site for prices similar to ETAM. Contact him now for any special requests. Good luck.

Well, a good suggestion but I kind of just spent my ammo fund [>Q]

I guess if worst comes to worst I may have to buy on site and put my Ammoman order aside for Bulletfest 3. Man.....this really throws a monkey wrench into my plans.

I wonder if Michigan is considered contiguous with Illinois due to the the boudry we share in the middle of that big lake? I might end up buying the hunting license as well. [:(!]

I wonder if mag man will be equipped to take Visa? [BD] [stick]

This maybe quite a long shot, but Eric posted his cell phone number a while back in a topic he replied to. You may be able to get a hold of him that way and explain your situation. I'm sure if you could get a hold of him he would do whatever he could to help you out. I'll search and see if i can come up with anything. If maybe a few others help with the search we should be able to come up with it.

Thanks guys but I already e-mailed Eric, his web site states that they will still be reading e-mail. I don't really want to pester him with a phone call due to my own screw up. There is a big gun show here this weekend so I guess I will have to go shopping [}:)]

What really bites is that I was going to place my order last night (would have shipped today) but I fell asleep in front of the computer. Sometimes I swear I am narcoleptic.

Ammoman kicks major ass. I had a problem with an order recently(my fault) and he was quickly able to take care of it, and still ship my order that day. He's the only person I'll buy ammo from.

Looks like I am in good shape now. I hit the big gun show here this weekend and found that Ammostore.com was there selling ammo. I broke out the Visa and proceeded to shop. This should keep me busy for a little while.

I wonder if it could be shipped to the BRC where you are going to stay...I know that is a long shot but I would call on Tuesday and see if something could be worked out.

Now that is something I never even thought of (DOH!). Oh well, what I picked up this weekend should be enough to keep me shooting provided I mix it up with a bunch of BSing. I will just hang on to my Ammoman order for Bulletfest 3. [:D]

Well actually, I had the .50 stuff from a previous gun show. This weekend I picked up the 30 carbine, .223, 7.62x39, and the .308. Ahhhh...........happiness is empying magazines at a fresh target [;D]
