And about half of AR15.com is on it! It warns about jdbgmgr.exe and tells you to delete it. DONT DO IT! Thats a legit Windows file! Hoax Warnings NAME: jdbgmgr.exe virus hoax In April 2002 there appeared a hoax message concerning a new virus that was reportedly discovered in Windows utility JDBGMGR.EXE. The jdbgmgr is a standard windows component that is found in every windows installation, it is used as Java debugger manager in Microsoft Java runtime engine. We checked several versions of this utility from Windows installations and found nothing malicious in them. Please ignore this hoax or anything similar warning about jdbgmgr.exe and don't pass it on. If you have deleted JDBGMGR.EXE from your system, it can be restored by installing updated version of Microsft Virtual Machine or Internet Explorer.

I got the same message, so I checked the file in question, and the properties of the file didn't seem fishy, though the email message sure did! Anything that tells me to delete a file, no matter who it's from, I'm suspicious of. Besides, my family only uses web-based email that requires your consent and an anti-virus check to download, so I KNEW I hadn't gotten infected with anything. Anyway, it's too bad an AR15.com-er got this. I hope they get it fixed.
