i'm partially licensed in that my certificate of passing the exam acts as a temp license as long as all the paper work is filled out and sent certified mail to the real estate commission. i just need to get the paper work sent. |

Congratulations from a fellow Hoosier. I already have a home though. My aunt just quit her job after 25 years as a mortgage officer at a local bank to work in real estate. Must be something to it...

Oh god, another realtor. AR-LADY, please please promise to change the paradigm of real estate "professionals". They are for the most part a very.......interesting group (some exclusions of course). Oh, and remember one thing... Loan Officers are a help to you, not a hinderence, so give them the time of day!

Congrats! I hope you take some ethics into your job, as most real estate agents I've dealt with will screw both the buyer and seller just to make the sale and get the commission. As a general rule, I place Real Estate agents on par with used car salesman. |
