It couldn't be the FBI, as the tanks didn't bulldoze the church and set it on fire.

Don't think it's the US Marshalls, as Elian Gonzalez is back in Cuba.

It's probably the BATF. They are known for hitting the wrong address.

They were supposed to be CIA people, but they don't look it do they. FBI?

Diplomatic Security Service* is my guess... The was a great picture on one when Colin Powell was in the Mid-East all decked out and with an M4.
Though they could be FBI "observing" since us and the brit's are supposed to be acting as jailors for some of the captured.
I'm suprised they don't have a US flag stuck on them someplace... "Federal Agent" probably doesn't mean a whole lot over there.

*Their Mobile Security team is super neat... They did a documentry on them a few years ago. They protect our diplomats when they go to really nasty places and protect nasty's like Arafat when they come here. They are like a roving SWAT team, but they bodyguard.
