Does anybody know if it's still legal to ride people in the back of a pickup in pennsylvania? It was legal before but I called the State Police and the guy claims it's illegal now , when I asked him when it became illegal he couldn't give me a straight answer and I've found out that usually the Pa. state police are the least likely people to know what the laws are....In the past I've called them for some legal questions about vehicles and also firearms, and couldn't get straight or even correct info.
