He was sentenced to eight years in prison but was released on parole last September.

What kind of justice system is this?  Gee, have they thought that maybe a lengthy prison sentence might be an effective deterrent?  Of course criminals are going to be more inclined to murder when the consequences are going to be an 8 yr. sentence with the possibility of parole.  They're letting this a-hole out in the prime of his life to go and become a repeat offender.

Lets start with facts.  This boy is a thief, a rapist and murder.

Because he has no impulse control or control any of his actions in general all weapons should banned? If he didn't have access to a gun he would have probably used a knife.

This child and doulble murderer has proved he has the worst judgement possible.

Exactly what wisdom does this child have to offer? And who among us are stupid enough to follow his advice about anything? Liberals will grasp at any straw!

An inconsequential piece of shit speedbumb in the path of the righteous gun owner.  Pay him no heed, for he is the epitome of the illegal gun owner - a thief, a murderer, a rapist and an immoral sack of pig feces.

Why of course murderers want guns banned!  People with guns might ruin this guy's, and other crook's, day.

Hey if it wasn't the gun I am sure it was heavy metal music that made him do it . . .

Lenghty prison sentences and the death penalty have not shown to have any deterrant effects against those so inclined to commit crime.  The only positive effect that long sentences have is that they keep the criminal incapacitated long enough that he grows too old to be a criminal when he is released.

Well, as a gunner, I want a ban on murder.
