I hate waking up at 4:30am and not being able to go back to sleep. I roll around in bed for a few minutes, then my wife sits up and tells me that it would be bad for me to keep her awake...I mean BAD!!! Not a morning person if you kow what I mean.
After that I am relegated to surfing the web and oogling all the guns and accessories I "need"... |

My girlfriend had similar problems when she was on emergency room duty, except she woke up in the middle of the night-awful problem to have, ruins your night and then you're half out of it during the day from being depressed and tired. I suspect it's usually stress that causes insomnia |

thanks for the offer garry but i dont think i want to be on the road to you guys at around 4-5 when im tired. ill be glad when this semester is over.

Here's a trick to fall asleep anywhere, anytime.
Lie flat on your back. Relax, totally relax. Roll your eyes upwards. This is the natural position you assume in sleep. Do it long enough and you fall into it from habit. |
