he will most likely get at least a few of them back if they are sold on a black market, criminals arent usually to smart and one of them will get arrested with his gun.

Someone knew he had a safe and came prepared.
How long has he had a safe? Did he ever show his safe and guns to any friends or people working in his house (Cable tv, some sort of repair person etc.) |

tell him to save(some/most) the insurance money, that way when the guns come back he can get them back instead of forfeiting it to the insurance company since they payed for them already and he spent all the money already and has no way of getting affording them back.
i dont know if i am correct on this..but i have read a few instances where guns came back after years...and after the insurance money was spent and it caused a little trouble. |

Wow, sorry to hear that. Was his safe in his house, perhaps out in the open, where somebody can see it through a window? If not, somebody knew that he had a collection and targeted him! Was anything other than the safe stolen?I would start to look closely at acquaintances, friends of friends, etc.....

Coyote, glad most of them are on the way back home. What part of OK was this in, I know of someone in southeastern oklahoma that had his stolen about 2 weeks or less ago. Scary deal.
