how does he get rid of it?   The ole' "back up the computer" and wipe the hard drive clean trick?    Or, is there another way?

Thanks.

I just got this on my work computer last week. Left for the day and my co-worker took care of it for me.

He said he found some detailed instructions by searching google. Had to download some software also. Tell him to go to another computer and search for "Remove Security Suite". Then follow the instructions.
