Instead of using that particular app and the ones like it on the Mozilla add on site I use "greasemonkey" for firefox and one of several youtube download scripts from userscripts.org. It's cleaner, no added buttons on the browser and no nag screens. It just add's a few menu options to the "save as" button on Youtube, WinFF can convert them to mp3 if needed.

Sorry I don't have script names as I'm not on my home pc but they aren't hard to find.

youtube downloader is better...

It allows you to download youtube vids and you can cut the video if you want leaving you with the audio. It also can convert files between different formats.

Of course, you should only use it to download videos that you would be legally allowed to download...
