We are appealing
for information on the whereabouts of a man, born in 1963 outside Sverdlovsk,
now Yekaterinburg, we wish to find in connection with misusing large sums of
money of a company, which is lodged in the Sverdlovsk Region.

He looks 172-175 sm tall but stout,
with a fat oblong face. He may be wearing moustaches and a tiny beard.

Anyone with information is asked to
contact the Sverdlovsk Region’s Interior Office’s 24/7 hotline on + 7 343
358-71-61, the Region’s criminal
investigation department on +7 343 358-84-64, its organized crime
department on +7 343 349-13-39, or just 02, if in Russia.
