Bravo Company U.S.A. is litterally only minutes from my house. If this fire chief thing goes south, that could be a cool gig!

FN Herstal

They have a nearly unlimited R&D budget, innovative designs, and are willing to bring products to the consumer.

Beretta-USA. I love some of their firearms, but they need someone there to put them on a more focused path of what the American shooter needs and wants, with a product for those American shooters. It's about time they make a modern featured, magazine fed, fully ambidextrous, 5.56x45 and 7.62x51mm auto rifle out of 7075 T6 besides polymer that doesn't look like a CX4 raped by a shotgun.

Without a doubt the ambitious and aggressive company out there that always comes out on top.

To pick any other company is like saying "I wanna play on the team that lost the superbowl "

If it weren't for the Texas heat, I'd say Larue.

I'd go with LMT or Colt if they were in free states.

Magpul.

Sure they're on the other side of Denver from me, but they're still the closest I'm aware of.

Oh, and there's also that whole "their products are the cat's meow" thing, too...

LaRue Tactical. Mark, if you ever need a guy who was both an experienced trial attorney and Class 2/SOT before he turned 30, I'd love to send you a re'sume'.

Hell if I had some $ saved up I'd do a paid internship there, that's the new trend among the college kids right (the college kid pays for the internship for those who aren't familiar with the job market).

EDIT: Recently I got some trigger time behind an OBR and it EXCEEDED my very high expectations for it.

Yea I would want to use that more than the vehicle. Only because I'd end up getting crazy with the vehicle. You know...some problems, maybe a few deaths involved. *shifty eyes*

Why not get both? Use the Unimog to drive to go to the range with the SMG.

HK +3. Partially to live in the grey room, but the main reason would be to steal spare parts for my USP's, and try and get an employee discount on mags.

This is exactly why i closed down my gunsmithing buisness a few years ago.Having to go to the shop every evening and work on someone elses guns took the enjoyment right out of it. Now i just do it when i want to.

+1

After about 3 yrs part time and a little over 2 yrs fulltime, it gets old.
I hate going to gunshows now.
I used to enjoy building AR's for others, now it's just a pain in the ass.
I shot so damned much, my guns sat in the safe untouched for about a year after I quit before I hit the range again.
Office politics? Yep, even here.
Think going to Knob Creek would be fun? Try 14 hours on pea gravel in wet boots freezing your ass off and answering the same questions time and time again, with the tire kickers taking 80% of your time. I hate that damned place and never want to see it again.
Developing new products? So much fun I can't begin to describe it.
"Friends of the owners" wanting special things done? Customers you're responsible to take a back seat and your production suffers and the owners don't care.

But.....
Helping the Mil and LE customers get the tools they need now? Fucking great.
Getting satphone call from the Sandbox from a customers team mate wanting the same thing because if fucking rocks and does what its supposed to. Fucking great.
Getting an email from the same customers Capt. wanting one too. Fucking great.
Meeting customers at gun shows and hearing how much they've enjoyed your work. Fucking great.
Seeing your builds turn up on the internet in happy customers hands. Fucking great.
Getting the good shit at cost. Hell yes!
BetaMag dumping someone else's ammo the prof a test product until the gas tube melts. Who wouldn't want to?
