Springfield Armory,
then hopefully 1911's XD's and M1A's would be sponsored and free to shoot. Now they just need to start marketing an AR and it's all gravy. |

Larue tactical, partially for the Barbecue. Plus they seem like regular guys who also appreciate the civilian market.

Since I own property about thirty minutes from Tactical Response,I would'nt mind getting a job mowing the grass or cleaning guns or something after I retire.

Sig. I could help Cohen pack his office. amen to that I'd like to work for BCM |

I was recently hired as a Ballistics Lab Technician with a local body armor company. I get to test (i.e. shoot the hell out of) new soft and hard armor designs.

anyone that paid enough for me to make a living a lot of the bigger companies want to start their gunsmiths out at about $10-$11 an hour

Pretty much whoever has the most satisfied employees.
But definitely NOT H-S Precision, or that varmint rifle guy that endorsed Obama. |

Jonathan Arthur Ciener, because apparently, that place needs some shaking up...or maybe a small thermal nuclear device.
Maybe LaRue or Armalite or Springfield Armory or Remington or Ruger or Colt. Or Maybe Brownells or Midway or Gun Parts Corp. The Olde Western Scrounger? Really it's Ratworx for me because the owner / operators are good people and one of them is an old personal friend of mine. He is someone I have always looked up to in life. |

Fine. I'll be the weird one. I'd work for Singapore Kinetics. Sorry. I just wouldn't want to limit myself to making rails or scope mounts or food flavoring or even small arms. I'd rather work for a company like Patria-Hagglunds or SK that has a land warfare division with missiles, mortars, artillery, etc., and I'd want to be able to travel.

The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence.I suspect it would just be another job after a bit.I love boats and fishing and when I moved to Fl.had a hard time finding a job, then I seen a help wanted sign at Proline Boats .They are a top of the line boat company and I thought it would be cool to work on new boats .Man was I wrong it was the worst job I ever had,it sucked big time .They had me working my ass off spraying glue with a respirator for headliners in there top of the line boats and drilling a million holes for fitting hardware ,and talk about itchy with all the fiberglass .Lasted two weeks and said thanks but no thanks.Got a job doing commercial A/C ,way better.

Armalite, or Springfield, or LesBaer, or LMT, or Rock River, ....
Because they are all within about 30 miles of me. |

Ask anyone who has ever owned a bar about the downsides to turning a recreational activity into a livelihood. No kidding. I collect WWII guns, and have no personal interest in any of the modern stuff which I sell. It could be very hard for someone to not be their own best customer. |

Laure tactical is the only one I would be interested in. Its the only company that could lure me off the road for a job.
I am a self taught tool and die machinist who has some basic CNC programming experience, see how I have two CNC machines in my own machine shop. I also have designed some very interesting gun stuff in my time. Nothing that I had the money to take off with, but stuff that many here have and don't realize I designed it. I am also very good at figuring out how to make things better faster. I seriously doubt that I would have any shot. No papers saying I know how to do anything. Just a career of doing things I am not qualified to do. |

Remington just outside of little rock, ar

Noveske or magpul.
Noveske just makes such a quality product that it would be awesome to be part of it. Magpul, so I could just dream up cool shit all day. |
|
magpul. Always doing something new and looking for the next best thing.
|

|
Hesse/Vulcan, I'd burn the place down before lunch and go home.
|
|
yeah magpul too. They could use some help getting products out too! I love their stuff and wish I could buy more of it. also Co would be way nicer to live in than TX or else I would be all for larue. I do have better part of a decade behind a WEDM machine :)

That's how I spent about 30 years in the world of industrial research and academia. Thank Christ I am retired now, but it was fun. |

During the work week I would like to make little plastic things that has a following of grown men who act like star struck little girls at a Twilight screening, and snowboard on the weekends.
Magpul ! |

Dillon Aero. Have done some business with them and all their reps seem like down-to-earth, normal, fun loving guys (and gals!) I wholeheartedly concur: my visit to Dillon Aero |

Probably Dillon Aero. Miniguns are just that damned cool. My first thought and surprised it took so long for someone to post it. |

None. They'd probably want to hire me as a "machinist"(translation: parts changing button monkey) and I'm tired of running CNC.

Noveske because he makes great rifles and is in Oregon.
KAC love the SASS Magpul making the AR an even better platform. |

Ask anyone who has ever owned a bar about the downsides to turning a recreational activity into a livelihood. Or ask a gun shop employee the same thing. "You got any of them Smithfield XDMP guns in 40mm?" What do you mean I can't buy this gun I hit my ex wife 20 years ago....... |
