They're neat little stoves. You do realize how tiny they are don't you?
|
|
No, I bought it at a local surplus store. Came complete, with everything. Fuel lines, fuel control, stove pipes, grate, top end for pipes, manual, everything new in an unopened box.

What are the combustible wall minimum clearances for those? I've got a Vogelzang Boxwood stove and it needs too much clearance for the space I have.
|
|
I've looked at those myself, excellent buy IMO. |

That stove is pretty cool but boom for the buck the BTU is pretty lowI think Id have gone with this for $199http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_796_796

Shit you got the Ritz. Must like your creature comforts. |

I loved those when I was stationed at Ft. Wainwright.
We field cleaned the stack by throwing a 5.56 blank in the stove and letting it cook off. Just don't piss your buddy off or he will set your gas can right side up. |

I hate those things. They that bad? Aviator They're not horrible. They do get pretty hot in an Ahikio tent. I just hate the smell, I've had the lines leak on my gear randomly. Also had issues with them failing to light and getting a continuous fuel flow. Although, it may just be the ones my unit has that suck. |

Is that a battery bank(read explosive gas generator) right next to your explosive gas detonator? ETA: I see this has already been addressed never mind |

Is that set up for a hunting camp? I remember seeing you thread on some solar panels and a wind turbine or something in the past. I just assumed they were for a house?

as long as you are happy with it, you are good to go man. |
|
Puts up (all of it) in about 1/2 an hour. packs down very small, and fits in the back of the 1/4 ton Jeep Trailer I pull behind my Jeep. Gold dredge fits on top of the trailer then. No sense in being un-civilized

Man those batteries are way close to an open flame. Be careful.

We had that set up at Ft Greely, Ak but they had liners. Do you have a liner for the tent? You could be down South and not need it for all I know. Cool set up!!!
