...and I still don't, but I saw something weird in the sky today.  It appeared to be five planes travelling abreast, high enough that the actual planes weren't visible, releasing coordinated puffs of smoke in a pattern of an enormous circle.  There was enough left of another circle to suggest that this pattern was not the first that they'd flown, although it could have been just clouds. I got cell phone pictures of the pattern, will post when I get home.  My wild guess is that the patterns were to measure weather front movement over a specific area.

ETA: I saw it over Greensboro NC, on the east end of Wendover.

ETA II: I thought of seeding, but it just rained here two days ago.
