A DSA SA58 to be precise. The 18 inch carbine.

Went to my favorite fun shopt and asked for a price quote since his prices are generally pretty good. He said 1250 with all the stuff DSA normally ships one of these with. What say you guys? Good price, bad price?

Post pics if you feel so inclined

Find out what model...

If it is a DSA SA58 standard then that is a good price.

If it is a DSA STG58 then it is a little high...

Check the DSA website for MSRP on the two of them.

Not the STG at all. It's the Standard with an 18 inch bbl. Hard case, Sling, Mag. yadda yadda yadda.

Aim surplus has THIS for $995. Not sure if it's what you are looking for?

I don't understand why the Imbels are so much less than the STG's and SA58's. What gives? I would buy one but I want a shorter bbl. I guess I could have ADCO do a chop job for me.

thats Imbel build by DSA, not the same. For that price I'd rather have an STG58.

You can get an STG58 with the 18" barrel - it is pretty reasonable. We sell them for $1099 normally.

It's not the STG it's the SA58. Not sure what the difference is.

SA58 is all new parts, new manufacture. The STG's are parts guns built with a DSA reciever utilizing STG parts. The nice thing is, the STG's were fantastic in quality fit and finish.
