Several recent Rhodesia threads have sparked my interest. I'll probably have to order one, so don't want to take my chances with a dud when I can get some advice ahead of time. Looking for something that covers both the political and military aspects of it's history.....or if they're best read  as separate books.  What do you guys think?

Read "Fireforce" by Chris Cocks. A real good read from a soldier's perspective.

Ian Smith wrote a good book about his life and his time as the PM.

Scratch that two books.
