IMO laughing is never wrong.

Guys, Help me out here... My wife and I were sitting in the waiting room at my doctor's office this afternoon. There was a TV mounted on the wall...and it was set on the local news channel. The news cast then covered a story in a dirt bag town about 30+ miles from me. The report said that there was a shooting last night. All the markings of a gang/drug related shooting.... Four victims. The "on the scene" TV chick then said, "You know, for one of these shooting victims, this was the second time he was shot in the last month." I just burst out laughing. The dude was shot a month ago......shot six times. Two other people in the waiting room also laughed.....but my wife said it wasn't cool for me to have done it. What say you? That's okay. News stations here would have made the victims out to be innocent by-standers with interviews of friends and relatives saying things like, "Oh, he such a good kid and doesn't bother anybody." instead of saying it was a gang/drug related shooting. |
