I've never seen a radial engine with the rows so straight and not staggered.
Here is how multi row radials are supposed to look.

Looks to me like it was too awesome for one vehicle.

Blew an exhaust manifold or fuel line.

The comments with the video said that the tractor was converted from diesel to methanol.  I may be wrong but I believe that methanol burns blue.  Those were orange flames.  If it was a liquid fire, wouldn't the bucket brigade have spread it across the ground?

A bucket brigade?

And they weren't even trained well enough to form a line and spill half of the water passing it down the line.  Amateurs.

Sure looks and sounds like a valve failure which led to obviously much larger problems.

Blew a valve.

They REALLY suck.

The Rolling Stones that is.

NOT a real "radial" engine.

It looked like (6) V8's arranged in a star, and it probably had a centralized driven gear that went to a tranny.

Technically, it was just a few V8's tied-together with duct tape and lutefisk.

It's 7, 6-cylinder engines. It's neat and all, but that's a shit-pot of machinery that's gotta all be running perfectly.

Radial engines always have an odd number of cylinders in each "row". This engine has the 6 "rows" all together on a common block.

Looks like it dropped a cylinder(s), then an oil fire.
