I have an Ontario RAT-3, I love it. The only difference is the ESEE has a glass breaker tang, whereas the Ontario is rounded.

Buy Rat Cutlery or ESEE knives. I chatted with both Mike Perrin and Jeff Randall quite a bit at the last SHOTShow. The were both down to earth guy's who talked to you, not down to you. Answered all of my questions and even had some tips for me regarding specific knife useage. Conversing with them made up my mind which company's knife to buy.
